Volati Management Program
Do you have an entrepreneurial mindset and a future as a business leader? The Volati Management Program (VMP) is a tailor-made program for those who want to take their careers to the next level. It offers a unique opportunity for personal and professional development for young graduates who want to contribute to the development of successful companies.
Work, projects and training are combined during two project placements in Volati's companies and a rotation at our headquarters. Throughout the program, you will be mentored by one of Volati's senior executives, and a VMP alumnus will provide you with practical advice and tips.
Since the inception of the Volati Management Program ten years ago, we have welcomed up to four participants each year and almost all of them are still working in senior positions in one of our companies.
To be eligible for the program, you must have an academic degree in, for example, engineering, business or law, and 1-4 years of work experience in consulting, business development or a line role. Previous leadership experience, e.g. from studies, work or association life, is an advantage. The personal qualities we particularly value are maturity and drive, business acumen, analytical skills, natural leadership and the ability to build relationships.
During the program, you will be employed by Volati at market levels. The rotations during the program are in different locations, which requires you to be mobile. Upon completion of the program, a leadership role awaits you in one of Volati's companies somewhere in Sweden or abroad.
